Dear Friends,
The Pastor’s Conference is going great. I am able to pour deep life into them as I teach. The other day, my interpreter was so overcome by what I was saying that he broke down and wept. Her could not continue and had to be replaced. I have never experienced this before. The power of God is moving in a great way. I found out afterwards that most of the conference was similarly overcome.
The schedule is brutal. I lecture twice each day and preach in the worship at night. But I am claiming God’s strength, and He is not failing me. I will speak 35 times in the two weeks, and I am here not including the small group interviews for my dissertaion study and other meetings. But it is great to be so used by the Lord. Diane Hale is speaking each day on discipleship, and she is doing a great job. David Mills is teaching on leadership and is doing great as well. We also have Tanyua with us from Russia. They love her dancing in worship. She will speak on the Russian church this afternoon.
We will finish the Pastor’s Conference on Friday. We do a leaders conference at the Bethel Church in Morogoro on Saturday, and I will preach the morning services on Sunday. On Monday I transition to Scotland. Sandy will meet me there, and we will teach and train leaders there for one week and preach and minister as well.
I think of you all often and remember you in my prayers. Love and blessings to you all.
