Dear Friends,
It is amazing the kind of impact we are able to have with the church in Scotland. There is a great connection between us and we are able to speak life into the congregation here. They are precious people with a heart for God who want so much to minister life in His Name.
Our leadership conference on Saturday was a tremendous occasion. I taught on the essential church functions, new directions in church life and ministry, and leadership. Sandy taught on healing ministry. God was with us and the people were very responsive. Their goal is to focus more on intentional discipleship, outreach into the community, and healing. Our hearts are with them as they seek to fulfill their commision in Christ.
On Sunday morning, we had a great service of worship and Sunday evening a marvelous time of prayer and intercession. I guided them through prayer and intercession for others, especially for the community of Dunfermline and the nation of Scotland.
And so it is that we close out our ministry in Scotland and fininsh the ministry for this mission. It has been an amazing three weeks. I have spoken over 35 times in Tanzania and Scotland. The task has been enhilirating and at times miraculous. The relationships we have built in both countries are even deeper. So now we pray for grace that it will all bear much fruit. Please join us in prayer to that end.
Sandy and I will take a couple of days to rest in the north of Scotland before returning to the U.S. this weekend (June 29). Thank you so much for taking an interest in this work. So many of you have prayed and supported us. We bless you for that. We could not have done this without you. Others of you have expressed interest in what our ministry is doing and we thank you for that as well. It is our prayer that you will be inspired to serve the Lord in whatever avenue He makes available to you.
Sandy and I join in sending you our love and blessings.
